When he taught present perfect tense, he directly gave the grammar structure on the board and wanted them to copied them on their notebooks. Moreover, he highlighted the time expressions, but gave Turkish meanings of them like just means "henüz" instead of explaining them with examples. When he wrote the structures on the board, he didn't explain anything, and students started to talk with each other. Losing classroom management is his fault because of turning back to the class, but he was yelling them because of the noise.
